The application form below is for individuals who have completed the 10-hour online Academy Subscriber course, Dyslexia: An Introduction to the Orton-Gillingham Approach, offered by the Educators Publishing Service and developed by Fellows of the Academy of Orton-Gillingham Practitioners.

We trust you found the course helpful and informative. Indeed, we hope that this introduction prompts you to undertake the training necessary to become competent as an Orton-Gillingham teacher. Information as to what this training entails may be found in several sections of the Academy's website, most especially in the Certification Program section. Online Application Submission and Fee Payment

Once the online course has been completed, submit the form below to the Academy with the application fee/first year membership dues.

1-Year Membership: $50

 

Once the Academy receives confirmation of your on-line course completion from EPS, a letter of acceptance will be sent to you. This could take up to six weeks.

 

NOTE: YOU MUST PAY USING PAYPAL TO COMPLETE THE APPLICATION.

If you have completed the 10-hour Online Subscriber course and prefer to pay by check, please print out the online application submission form and mail it to the Academy Office along with the appropriate application fee/first year membership dues:
